1. What this service is
NursingPrep is an exam-preparation platform for the NCLEX-RN and ATI TEAS examinations. We provide practice questions, flashcards, video tutorials delivered by AI-generated instructors, spaced-repetition study tools, and AI-generated study guides.
We are not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. Nothing on this platform is a substitute for a licensed clinician. Content is for academic preparation only and may contain inaccuracies.
2. AI instructor disclosure
Our video instructors (Holly, Cassie, Chad, Pablo, and others) are AI-generated composite characters. They are not real people. Their likenesses do not depict any identifiable individual.
Voices are synthesized via neural text-to-speech. Talking-head videos are produced by generative-AI lip-sync software from still avatar images we own the rights to. Every instructor profile and video surface in the platform carries an "AI Instructor" label.
Scripts are generated by large-language-model systems (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) and reviewed for accuracy against published nursing curricula. We do not claim any AI instructor holds medical credentials, delivers prescriptions, or provides individualized medical advice. See our About page for our content philosophy.
3. Accounts
You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account, and 18 or older to subscribe to a paid plan. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
One account per person. Sharing an account with others is a breach of these Terms and we may suspend the account without refund.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute platform content without written permission
- Share your account or credentials with anyone
- Automate interactions with our AI-generation endpoints (rate limits apply)
- Use the platform for anything other than personal exam preparation
- Upload, submit, or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing
6. Intellectual property
All platform content — including AI-generated videos, scripts, flashcards, and study guides — is the property of NursingPrep or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own exam preparation during the term of your subscription.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NursingPrep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
8. Academic accuracy disclaimer
We design our content to align with current NCLEX-RN test plans (NCSBN) and ATI TEAS specifications, but we do not guarantee any specific exam score or pass result. Exam outcomes depend on your own preparation, the specific questions on your exam, and factors outside our control.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirement. On termination your access ends immediately; data handling continues per our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE TO BE SET BY FOUNDER] without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
