Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel anytime. No retroactive refunds.

Our policy is simple:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in one click.
  • When you cancel, your automatic payments stop immediately — you will not be charged again.
  • You keep full access to Geek Vitals until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not issue retroactive refunds for billing periods already charged.

This policy reflects how we think about the platform: we want it to feel obviously worth the price on day one, not sell hard and then handle buyer's remorse. If the platform is not clicking for you in the first few days, cancel — you'll stop being charged, and you keep your access through the rest of the month.

Auto-renewal disclosure (California Civil Code §17602 and similar state laws)

All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). You authorized this renewal at signup, and we'll email you a receipt for every charge. You can cancel in one click from your dashboard. Cancelling before the next billing cycle prevents the next charge.

For residents of California, New York, and any state with enacted automatic-renewal consumer laws, cancellation is processed the same business day you request it, and future charges stop immediately.

Catastrophic-issue exception

If something genuinely broken happened on our end — your account wouldn't load for a week, the platform was unusable for your billing period, something along those lines — email hello@geekvitals.com and we'll make it right on a case-by-case basis. This is an exception, not a default policy.

Elite tier retake support

If you complete a full Elite cohort (minimum 12 weeks of active use, defined as 3+ study sessions per week) and do not pass your NCLEX-RN on the next attempt, we will extend your Elite access for one additional 90-day cycle at no cost so you can re-prepare. This is not a cash refund. Eligibility criteria and documentation requirements are provided at Elite signup.

Cohort-1 complimentary mind map gift

The complimentary mind-map unit provided to the first 300 cohort-1 members at day 14 is a promotional grant. It is not a paid feature and has no refund value.

Chargebacks

Please email us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve the issue faster via email. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

How to cancel

  1. Sign in and go to your dashboard
  2. Click Cancel subscription
  3. Confirm — your next charge is stopped, access continues until the end of the current period
